In case of inclement weather, we may have to reschedule your appointment or conduct the work in our collision center . Mobile auto glass services are not available when the temperature is 35 degrees Fahrenheit or below.

Where can you perform mobile auto glass services?

We can repair or replace your glass at almost any location that provides a safe working environment. The most common locations include your home driveway, an apartment parking lot, or your workplace parking garage. We just need permission to work on the property, a relatively level surface, and about five feet of clearance around the vehicle.

Is there an extra fee for mobile service?

No, our mobile service costs the same as an in-shop appointment. You receive the same certified technicians and high-quality glass for exactly the same price.

What happens if it rains, snows, or is extremely cold on the day of my appointment?

Glass work requires dry conditions and specific temperature ranges to cure correctly. If the weather turns rainy or the temperature dips below 35 degrees Fahrenheit and you do not have a sufficient covered work area, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment or pivot to an in-shop appointment.

Do I need to be present for the entire mobile appointment?

No, you only need to be there for the very beginning and end of the service. To start, we’ll need you to unlock the vehicle and hand over the keys. When we’re done, we’ll contact you to return the keys and handle final paperwork.

Can you calibrate my ADAS during a mobile service?

In most cases, yes! Our technicians come prepared with specialized diagnostics tools for dynamic ADAS calibrations. If your vehicle re  quires static calibration, we will notify you to schedule the work in our collision center.

Do You Have Vehicle Body Damage?

We can also take care of that at any one of our full-service collision centers.
